TheLab Glute Camp is a results-driven group training program designed to help women build stronger, fuller glutes while improving overall strength, endurance, and confidence.
This 8-week program is broken down into two separate phases—and this offering is for Phase 1, which covers the first 4 weeks of the program. During this phase, you'll focus on progressive lower-body training combined with total-body compound movements to promote a balanced, sculpted physique.
