Policies/Frequently Asked Questions

Must cancel any sessions within 24 hours in advance. You are allowed one emergency cancellation without charge. Any additional cancellations will be charged the price of the session. No call/show is considered a missed session. ALL sessions must be used within a monthly period. Sessions DO EXPIRE. Sessions do not roll over into the next month. So any remaining sessions that you may have at the end of each month will NOT transfer into the next month. 

Tardiness:

If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the normal time. If you know that you will be running late, please give me a courtesy call or text.
